All monthly plans require a 12-month minimum term. That is what lets us build your site with $0 down — the build cost is carried across the term instead of billed up front. After 12 months you continue month-to-month and can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. $0 down applies to sites we build under a plan. If you buy a one-time build below, the same monthly rate becomes care-only — and there is no 12-month term, because there is no build cost left to carry.

Domain and business email are not included in the plan price. Those are third-party services you own and pay for directly — a domain registrar for your web address, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for business email. We are glad to register the domain, set up the mailboxes, and connect everything to your site as a one-time setup add-on, quoted to what you need. If you already have them, we simply connect them at no extra charge.
